Current Opportunities:
Canham Gardening & Maintenance is a fast growing, family owned and operated gardening and strata maintenance business.
We are seeking an experienced gardener to join our team. Lawn mowing, snipping and edging, hedge trimming, soft landscaping and general garden maintenance.
The remuneration package will be tailored to experience and needs of the candidate and we are open to discussing an arrangement that works for all parties.
A work vehicle and all tools will be supplied.
A candidate must be able to demonstrate at least 2 years experience as a gardener.
A drivers licence is a must.
Canham services clientele across Sydney but mainly in the Ryde, Gladesville, Hunters Hill and Parramatta areas.
Cleaning Services (Trades & Services)
Full time
$55,000 – $69,999
Canham Gardening & Cleaning is a leading provider of cleaning and gardening services to strata properties.
We seek an experienced cleaner ready to take the next step in their career and lead a motivated team of other cleaners.
You will be well supported by the General Manager to meet our customers’ needs and to ensure you succeed in this role.
You will be provided with a work vehicle for all work-related travel (including to and from work).
- All tools and cleaning materials will also be provided.
- You will be provided with significant and ongoing on-the-job training.
- We have loyal clientele across Sydney with most customers in the Ryde, Gladesville, Hunters Hill and Parramatta local areas.
- We pride ourselves on a very strong team culture where staff produce excellent results.
- Highly social team with regular team social events
- Business hours are 7am until 4pm
Skills and Experience
The successful applicant will have:
- Some proven experience in a similar role
- A driver’s license
- Interest in developing leadership skills
- Have a right to work in Australia
- A national criminal history check is required for this role
Outline of role
You will be responsible for:
- Setting a good team culture
- Adhering to a daily schedule and attending several properties each day
- Driving and caring for the work vehicle and all equipment
- General cleaning including vacuuming, mopping and operating a blower
- Disinfecting of common areas including foyers and stairwells.
- Some manual handling and lifting of equipment
- Bin management
- Adhering to safety standards
